Everett Moitoza has provided business consulting and executive coaching to family businesses, partnerships, professional service firms, CEOs, and and closely held, small and medium sized companies for over 25 years. His work has focused on providing innovative management consultation, training and education in:
- Organizational assessment and development problems;
- Organizational transitions and succession planning;
- Interpersonal and organizational conflict issues;
- Strategic planning; and
- Executive team building and training for today's owners and executives in business.

He has served executives and companies in a wide range of Industries, including: accounting, advertising, aerospace, agriculture, aquaculture, automotive, banking, education, energy, entertainment, fisheries, foodservice, healthcare, hotel, insurance, law, lumber, manufacturing, marketing research, publishing, real estate, retail, high-tech and tourism and transportation.

Everett holds a doctoral degree in psychology from Boston University, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a master's degree in behavioral sciences, and a bachelor's degree in music from Berklee College of Music. He was a postdoctoral fellow in family systems management and applied theory, jointly sponsored by Harvard University, Brandeis University and the Cambridge Family Institute. All formal degrees were awarded with varying levels of academic distinction or honors.
He has held graduate level teaching appointments at Harvard Medical School, Boston University, Northeastern University, and Lesley College. He was the founder and director of the Portsmouth Family Institute; a postgraduate clinical training program in family and systems psychology. He is a licensed psychologist and has published in the areas of family business, systems management, law firm training and management, cross-cultural family systems, behavioral medicine, and stress management for service professionals and business executives. At present he is conducting research on the management of growth and conflict in small and medium sized businesses.
Everett has delivered numerous speeches and presentations to national, regional, and local business and professional organizations. His opinions, perspectives, and formulations regarding business and organizational issues and solutions are sought frequently and published by business and news media. |
